Baby Isla came to visit the portrait studio for her newborn photography session at just under 4 weeks new, 26 days old to be exact. This beautiful girl is the youngest of three, with two older brothers who love her dearly, and it has been an honour to watch this family grow. I still cannot believe our first session together was almost seven years ago!

And what a pleasure it was to also be able to photograph her brothers and showcase their own personalities during this very special family session. I love giving the older siblings their own solo moments so they continue to feel valued and loved, and not second-fiddle to the newborn inevitably garnering a lot of the attention in those early months. I am so excited to see these on the walls of their new home!

Posed studio newborn photo sessions are best held within the first 1-6 weeks after baby is born, and in-home baby & family sessions are most appreciated in the first 3 months before they grow too much.
