This is NOT an April Fool’s joke, I promise! The official grand opening of Modern Fable in downtown Almonte, Ontario (on the coveted Mill Street!) took place this Saturday, and I was given the honour of photographing the new shop.
Julie Poliquin opened her small-town boutique this weekend, filled with handmade Canadian items and a few amazing finds from across the Aussie pond, and it was nothing short of beautiful (and smelled so faintly lovely!). Julie’s enthusiasm and love for her fellow vendors is evident, and the support from her community of local shops has been abundant.
